PRESENTING AUTHORS OF ACCEPTED ORAL AND POSTER INFORMATION

All presenting authors who submitted an abstract (oral and/or poster) will have received an email from the organizers advising them if their abstract(s) have been accepted.

Important Information for Presenting Authors

• Presenter Updates: If the individual submitting the abstract is not the presenting author, they must notify the organizers immediately at deidre@iafrica.com.
• Communication: The organizers will communicate only with the presenting/submitting author. If co-authors wish to attend, the presenting author should forward them the confirmation email from the organizers.
• The Congress programme is extremely full, so we request that all presenters please take time to read the oral/poster instructions to ensure that programme runs smoothly.
