Registrars and residents who need an official invitation letter to seek financial support for their registration fee from their institutions must follow these steps:

• Register for the Congress – Please refer to the registration section on this website.
• Submit a request via email – Send your request to confetal2@iafrica.com
• Include the following details in your email:  Full name and Institution you represent

• All invitation letters will be addressed generically to “Whom It May Concern.”
• The invitation letter serves only as a supporting document for delegates seeking financial assistance in their respective countries.
• The 3rd ICOPLAST World Congress does not provide financial support to delegates. All delegates are responsible for their own registration fees, travel expenses, and accommodation.
